- phnofive 5y agoSince I can't think of any practical solutions that wouldn't run afoul of the First Amendment, what about one that does: The 117th Congress compels Facebook to become to a 501(c)(1/3/30). When this inevitably ends up before the Supreme Court, use the reams of public (We have to do better) and private (dumb *****) statements regarding Facebook's mission to support the statute.
