Home built PC's will be considered "ghost computers" and will also be banned.

Home built PC's are a threat to our democracy. They endanger minorities and are a National Security Threat. They must be strictly regulated and all such weapons of war must go through a 6 month delay period, 21 year old age minimum, licensing, background checks and must be registered with the federal government. Cosmetic features like RGB lighting or mice which improve targeting of the on screen cursor must be banned for all citizens. And the RAM must be limited to 8GB only because no normal person needs more than that. Thousands of kids get addicted to computer gaming each year. We must implement common-sense PC control to save lives.

    I have my mining rigs going 24 seven. Luckily we have very cheap electricity and it’s proving to be quite profitable.

“The National Commission for Computer Safety and Integrity requires that, as part of the 2032 Standards for Internet Safety, all devices must run manufacturer authorized code unless a permit has been granted, to supposedly prevent future pipeline and cyberwarfare attacks.”
