Those 1, 2, 3... buttons on the front are presets they already configured. It's triggering their "standing up preset" button once every 45 - 60 mins and then they press the "sitting preset" whenever they want.
- dkong 5y ago(Author here) This is correct. The control box remembers my ideal standing height and goes directly to it on one button press.
