Masks were a felony in most of the southern US before. In Virginia you could only wear them if you had a doctor's note with a visual description of the mask and an expiration date.
- disabled 5y agoFederal law still supercedes this. This is especially the case with disability laws. Look at right to work states where you can be fired for any reason. It’s still illegal to fire on the basis of disability.
