Revioo is dedicated to code reviews with a built-in tool featuring a "code" tab listing all files of the review and allowing people to post annotations on any line. So you can easily see which lines have been annotated, improving the readability of the review. There is also a "summary" tab where you can clearly see all annotations. StackExchange is a forum, so the format is not really suitable for code reviews IMO. When there are several files, several proposals and comments, the post becomes a little bit messy.
