I can't remember the name now, but I picked up a flyer for a place just like this based in Amsterdam at fosdem once. It was very reasonably priced, you were able to have physical access and is more of an enthusiast club than a business. Seriously considered it, but I don't live in Amsterdam and they recommended being able to speak Dutch to participate properly.
