We need to hold each other to account when we're talking through these issues, and simply being incredibly senior, successful, bringing in prizes, money, etc. etc. shouldn't exempt you from scrutiny to behave decentlY. many of this people that 'bring prizes' are just very good at taking credit from others. Bullying is part of the strategy to avoid the people doing the real work getting the credit. Incompetent management that protect old colleges and the status quo weight down entire organizations in astronomy or anywhere else.
