I wholeheartedly agree that UberEats has some serious business process concerns but I'd need to see more cases before being able to assess the claim that this is definitely racist. It could simply be an individual error unrelated to race and without looking at trends and overall biases you cannot tell. As this gentleman is based in the UK he stands a good chance of getting this resolved if he takes them to a tribunal.
