VR has been the "next hot thing" since 1995. People were showing all kinds of alternative interfaces back then and you see where that got us. VR makes people physically ill and doesn't add anything to the experience of using software w/o VR. Every major VR product is a flop from Google Daydream and Cardboard to Oculus and MagicLeap and even DisneyQuest. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
