But any language that detects random string as a valid program is under suspicion of allowing more bugs than valid programs.
- LorenPechtel 5y agoThis. The stricter the compiler the more likely a mistake will be trivially caught by the compiler rather than be a bug that has to be hunted down in the output. It may be easier to write in a language that isn't as strict, but it's going to take more effort to produce a *correct* result.
