Yeah, folks can definitely freeze up and I'm pretty sympathetic to that in interviews. I'll often spot folks most or all of the algorithm if it looks like they locked up. "Hey, you could dry implementing it like this..." and see where they go from there. I mean, we really want to see people succeed with these things.
