Ah interesting. I’ve been wondering if the victims could have at the time expected any extra compensation, early retirement or monetary for being injured on the job. Does the State Department or CIA make that public? I can believe some were injured by one of the methods discussed. But I can also believe many noticed they could also claim to have been affected too.
