tl;dr: regular nipple stimulation and/or hormone supplementation can allow many males to lactate, perhaps unsurprisingly given they have full, if normally underdeveloped, mammary glands. Rarely, this can occur in males under stress conditions, possibly as an evolutionary adaption during famine conditions. Even more rarely, it occurs in some men with no particular stimulus and no obvious cause. I cannot grasp the fascination with male lactation. Yes, men have titties. People sometimes lactate despite not recently having given birth. Biology is fuzzy so supposed hard differentiation by sex is really only a suggestion. Is any of this really a surprise?
