Doesn't the P40 use the same chip as in the 1080 Ti? While the card may not strictly be a gaming GPU, it seems to be roughly equivalent in power to gaming GPUs

Doesn't the P40 use the same chip as in the 1080 Ti? While the card may not strictly be a gaming GPU, it seems to be roughly equivalent in power to gaming GPUs from several generations ago.
