What country are you in (who is "the government" you're saying is mandating HPV vaccination?). In the U.S., the only mandates are at the state level, and only in Rhode Island, Virginia, and DC, aren't they? Even if mandated, why wouldn't you want to prevent cervical cancer with such a simple intervention, and why shouldn't the manufacture be compensated for such a miracle?
