- srean 5y agoNot under normal export control laws that legislate the sale of dual purpose weaponry. As per Wassenaar arrangement the producer is liable for abuse by the buyer. - rdtwo 5y agoYeah that might apply to things where the use is mostly legitimate like a car but not so much when the thing you are making is by design used for espionage. These sorts of tools sold only be sold to the country you reside in and you better not be planning any international travel
