/r/badeconomics is a shockingly sane place considering the sad state of most of Reddit (and HN for that matter). It always disappoints me to see how many people have extremely strong opinions on topics they know nothing about.
- alex_smart 5y agoOn the other hand, this thread was for me suprisingly "reddit-like". A poor quality article with a provocative title with heavily upvotes followed by a bunch of comments simply talking about the title based on their own personal experiences rather than anything in the article. True to form, this was even a repost.
