- theamk 5y agoThey seem to focus a lot on FaaS function composition, and on distributing a single app over many functions - but how often does this really happen? I can totally believe that there are some systems out there where one lambda defined in repo A is invoking another lambda also defined in repo A but I cannot imagine this being too frequent. Extra lambda call is significant overhead, so you normally do it only if there are boundaries involved - maybe different teams, or different deployment units, or different product. And those cases do not seem to be handled by bloom very well.
