The interesting discussion to me is why governments are not doing more to decriminalize or legalize drugs. That seems to be the only way out of this mess.

    Not recently, did watch this one though https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Made_(film) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Made_(film) So many movies would not exist if drugs were made legal.
