It's the same thing as 'Asians are good at math', 'Irish are drunk', 'Germans are Nazis - but well organized'. Leave them be. Of course it gets more complicated by their history in the U.S. Imagine Germany erecting a statue of a cartoon Jew, with big nose and everything, in front of some stock exchange. "But they're good with money!".
