- aksss 5y agoPeople always gloss over the massive scale differences when comparing the US to European countries, whether it’s prisons, taxes, healthcare, etc. It’s like, show me the system operating as well with 5x the population before even joking that it should work as efficiently at 10x, much less 20x. Call me when you’re filing EU taxes as individuals in addition to your nation-state taxes.
- TheCoelacanth 5y agoThat should just make it easier to afford an automated system because you can spread out the cost across more people.
