- Thev00d00 5y agoPerhaps the scope of "Convention on the Law of the Non-Navigational Uses of International Watercourses" should be expanded, or similar legislation
- TroisM 5y agoA bit like the US takes water from large rivers that used to go to Mexico? But are now dry river beds before getting to the border (Colorado river?)
