I’m Indian, settled in Malaysia and a very strong supporter of China. Lived or been to several countries in East Asia or Oceania. Strongly leftist and socialist. So it is unlikely that I have an American perspective. And no, I disagree that other countries pale in comparison to US on human rights abuses. To me, for example, the very existence of the 2nd amendment (at least its current interpretation) is a human rights abuse.
