I suspect the police used the taser or choked this man.
A man who is active enough to carry a gun and protecting his property, conscious enough to follow the order of police to drop a gun... then suddenly got a heart attack from stress alone? That's too suspicious.
- cpach 5y agoWe know nothing about his medical history. So maybe we should not jump to conclusions too fast.
- notdang 5y agoWorse than that, much more humiliating: Unable to disengage a lock on his back fence, Herring was instructed to somehow climb over the fence with his hands up. “He was starting to get more upset,” Billings recalled. “He said, ‘I’m a 60-year-old fat man and I can’t do that.'” Billings said Mr. Herring then offered to crawl under a gap in the fence, but when he did so and stood up, he collapsed of a heart attack. Herring died at a nearby hospital soon after.
