- blub 5y agoGiven that they've specifically said "advancement", the original poster must be referring to people which are already working for the stated company and will be skipped for promotion. I believe they would have grounds to sue for discrimination in such a case though.
- Gortal278 5y agoI think I have heard this before, Have you defended any bakeries discriminating against gay couples recently? Because it seems like the same reasoning.
