- arvindamirtaa 5y agoTheoretically, yes. Knowing Gitlab, they're very very close.
- mandelbrotwurst 5y agoThis is an operational policy document - they’re making specific guarantees to their employees about how they will support them. That’s a lot stronger than claiming to uphold some set of values because it means that they’re willing to risk losing the trust of their employees if they don’t stick to this.
