Second, can we get rid of allowing international phone calls to appear with domestic numbers. I don't care if companies can't hide the fact that they outsource their call centers to low-wage countries. At least, if all domestic phone numbers were assured to originate domestically, it would be a huge deterrent against this and all kinds of other scam phone calls since they would be subject to US law enforcement.
