But the first corporation that discovers it's cheaper to pay the fine than making it so they're not visible to the naked eye will do it without a moment's hesitation, and nothing will happen to them and then the night sky will be ruined for everyone. And more will follow suit. It's a conversation that needs to be had now, before that happens.
