- happytoexplain 5y agoYes - all the prior arguments seem to fall flat when this simple reason exists. I am frequently already in or near the directory where I want to create the file when I decide to create it. Or at the very least, navigating the filesystem is just easier in whatever tool I'm using than in the save dialogue.
