Horrible premise. None of this is Buddhism and "using" Buddhism doesn't do what you want it to do. It's like someone saying "I tried to go to confession at the Catholic church but I don't feel any better after killing and raping. This doesn't work!" or saying "I went and got baptized but I don't feel any different! I'm supposed to be saved! Where are my just rewards and I'm supposed to be able to see Jesus!" erm ...
