This looks like a cool setup, but I can't help but think that an OLED display might not have been the best choice for displaying static text for long periods of time. Burn-in seems inevitable.
- agravier 5y agoDo you know of an eink alternative that's easy to set up both hardware and software wise?
- Denatonium 5y agoI never used a screen on my Pi, so I don't know of any specific models. An LCD display with an adjustable backlight could also work; when the power goes out, the UPS could tell the Pi to lower its backlight to save power.
