20 odd years ago I was travelling from SF to LA on I5 on the Wed evening before Thanksgiving .... there was a semi on fire 100 miles south of us and everything stopped for hours .... Next to us was one of these trucks fore and aft of it was a big range-rovery thing (not a hummer but close to that class) both were beige/green with big HF antenna on the back .... as everyone got out of their cars to stretch and pee on the side of the road the guys in those vehicles got obviously antsy .....
