I don't hate it, but I don't like it either. The company I work for is pretty good. However the team I am on is a hot mess. I've been here 8 months and I'm already ready to move on. I'm thinking I'm going to try and stick it out 4 more months on this team and then transfer elsewhere in the company. As for how I deal with it. I just don't give a shit. I do my best best during the day, but at 5 o'clock I don't think about this place any more.

They are a great company on paper but they dont follow those policies. I've got about 1 month to wait before posting (policy is 18 months in role). I might start the posting in the next couple weeks, although I'm tempted to wait until we are back in the office to see if things improve at all. "As for how I deal with it. I just don't give a shit." If I were single, this would be my strategy.
