Same issue/question. I was a pro until I stopped actively using it 10+ years ago and now, well, my math is embarrassing compared to teenage me. I'm pretty sure the only way to pull that knowledge back into "actively useable" would be to start studying a la college again. I imagine it'd be a lot easier since we would be revisiting it instead of learning for the first time. Hard to get excited about studying math relative to my other priorities :\
