I was just looking at the most recent v26 patchset from June yesterday and it was really depressing. Paragon has been plugging away at it for close to a year (2020-08) and there has been seemingly no interest in this at all. As a regular desktop user who spent years dealing with the very inefficient FUSE ntfs-3g implementation the disconnect seems very real.
