Banning gas stoves would reduce total emissions by how much? Focusing on something like this seems silly to me when 20% of all electricity in the US is still produced in coal power plants (and another 40% in natural gas ones).
- D13Fd 5y agoIt's not just natural gas stoves, it's natural gas heating and infrastructure, including extraction. All of it needs to go and we need to use low-carbon energy sources in its place. It sucks, and it's a huge change. But it's unavoidable, and the longer we wait the worse it will be for everyone.
