I can only speak for myself. So; - Easy setup (built-in) - Re-using existing compose files local+staging+production (of course swarm-mode needs to be enabled locally) - Easy scaling - Using other container related tools (if they're not kubernetes specific) are mostly 1-step. (eg. prometheus et.al.)
