FSD has been about to be available by the end of the year, every year since then, but that is beside the point. If that person today decides they want an FSD subscription, they now need to pay an additional 1500 since the computer originally installed and advertised as FSD capable, is infact not capable of FSD. However, if they want to pay 10k outright, no subscription, for FSD, then the upgrade of that computer, again, that was originally advertised as being able to do FSD, but actually couldn't, is free.
