- Waterluvian 5y agoTrue. I’m being way too generous with the terms. They fight the penalties and class actions every step of the way for years and years.
- HarryHirsch 5y agoOr they settle individually, perhaps with a confidentiality agreement, and continue cheating the rest of the people, raking in a profit.
- ErikVandeWater 5y agoThere probably will be a huge class-action that settles in 10 years. The amount it settles for probably won't even cover a 10th of the fraudulent sales.
