Very well put. The author's dogma is showing. Ironic since the publication name is Logic. It's interesting the author spends several paragraphs lauding Rural Electric Cooperatives, these are the model of the future. And waves away the idea that the cooperative model has problems too.

The article directly discusses problems that REC have had in the past! There's a whole narrative arc about how one REC was mismanaged by a corrupt group of members.
