Don't blame hypothetical children.
- redis_mlc 5y agoAgain, HN acting puerile. Having children is one of the most important considerations in life for many people. The primary motivation for marriage is to have children, which is why evolutionary biology tells men to date younger. Also, from a societal standpoint, reproduction is the most important thing, as seen in fertility crises in Japan, China, and both Western and Eastern Europe. In my case, since my other siblings couldn't have children for various reasons, I stepped up on behalf of my entire family and had one. I have to bear the considerable cost and responsibility, but it made sense from a long-term family standpoint.
- ghoward 5y agoI'm not blaming them. It's an important consideration for me to have children. Also, I'm going to wait until at least the FDA puts the vaccines through the ringer and approves them for general use.
