A "good interviewer" is one who can ask "the right questions" when they've got a guest who may have something worth saying. A really good interviewer can tease information out of a guest during an interview that they likely might not otherwise have said aloud in a public venue. Is Joe Rogan a "good interviewer"? I haven't watched enough of him to have much of an opinion, but what little I have watched, his guests seem pretty comfortable talking to him.
