In the United States the Executive branch can't write their own law, even if it is to ban non-compete agreements.
- hannasanarion 5y ago1789 called, they want their naive interpretation of the Constitution back. Congress has the power to delegate regulatory authority to federal agencies. This precedent was established by the 2nd law Congress ever passed.
