I would tell them “no, I am not in another recruitment process at this time.” There doesn’t seem to be a good reason to claim that you’re still interviewing somewhere else.

If I tell them that I am interviewing with other companies it should put some pressure on them and would kind of force them to come up with a decision quickly.
