- jasonfried 15y agoI'm a fan of SizeUp. http://irradiatedsoftware.com/sizeup/ http://irradiatedsoftware.com/sizeup/
- cake 15y agoSizeUp is great if you have multiple monitors too, you can send a window from one screen to another in one keystroke.
- HaloZero 15y agoexcept Adobe Air apps (stupid hipchat)
- aaronbrethorst 15y agoSizeUp is awesome. Easy window management without having to touch the mouse? Yes please!
- trebor 15y agoI use Moom. It's inexpensive and you just hover your mouse above the maximize icon. http://manytricks.com/moom/ http://manytricks.com/moom/
- stevenbedrick 15y agoYup, the fifteen bucks I spent on Divvy were definitely worth it.
- oflannabhra 15y agoI just purchased this. One feature I'm really looking for is the ability to launch multiple apps in a specific configuration. The best solution I've found so far is using Applescript. I realize I might just be overlooking already implemented features. Anyone have a recommendation?
- shiven 15y agoDon't forget ShiftIt. Completely Free and does everything divvy and SizeUp can do !! A git repo, with latest chages based on https://github.com/fikovnik/ShiftIt/network appears to be here: https://github.com/mehowte/ShiftIt Very easy to build with Xcode 4 on SL 10.6.8 ... I'll be happy to upload a binary of the latest build I made last night for those in need (just ask).
- blackman 15y agoAs far as I can remember I had problems when I compiled it to a universal binary so if anyone else does try compiling it directly to your architecture.
