I've been seeing a big push for magnesium these last few weeks here on hn, any specific reason for that?
- Traubenfuchs 5y agoSome people claim life changing quality of life improvements on the right type and dosage of magnesia supplement. It could all be placebo. I don't know why it's so common here.
- high_priest 5y agoI'm in the opposite camp. Having unpleasant tendency for cramps few hours to a day after ingesting magnesium supplements.
