Digital Film Cartridge for Analog Cameras
- rich_sasha 5y agoLooks like a tiny sensor size, cute toy project but the lenses you can attach to that camera will effectively be way too narrow.
- james_pm 5y agoOne heck of a cropped sensor. There have been many attempts at this over the years. https://www.dpreview.com/articles/5677027893/why-your-beloved-film-slr-is-never-going-digital https://www.dpreview.com/articles/5677027893/why-your-belove...
- jawngee 5y agoWhen I started out in the early 90's, I did digital prepress. We had a leaf back for a Hasselblad. You had to take the RGB channels separately, one at a time, so it was only useful for catalog or product work. It was really amazing at the time, considering we no longer had to do drum scans which were very very very very slow and labor intensive, plus no more waiting for the slide film to process.
