Over the last decade, I feel like quality of products from Amazon has turned into an unmitigated disaster for consumers... At this point in time, I won't even consider buying from third party merchants, certain categories of products and even stuff direct from Amazon feels like a crapshoot. Most of the products on the Amazon marketplace feel more like the type you would find at a dollar store than from something you would find at a Target, WalMart or even a specialty store.
