- markus_zhang 5y agoEveryone. You have to be happy if you want your kid and wife to be happy. Otherwise one just becomes some grumpy husband that everyone tries to avoid. Individual->Family->Company/Organization/State, I believe that's the way it works. You have to take care of the things on left side to make the things on the right side to feel "happy".
