Interesting. So instead of recommending your friends, you would be recommending best-suited companies to your friends?
I have seen a few of my friends do that when they are helping someone with a job switch.

- InvaderFizz 5y agoI do exactly this. I get pings from time to time for a position that is a good fit for one of my friends, but does not interest me personally. I'm far enough in my career that I can be picky and I don't mind the job search taking 3-6 months of mostly passive search.
